Saint Gervais Festival of Lights: Winter Magic Illuminated

The Festival of Lights in Saint Gervais Mont-Blanc offers a truly magical winter experience. As night falls each evening from 23 to 31 December 2025, the heart of the village is lit up with creative light installations, glowing trees, illuminated façades and enchanting art displays.

Wander through streets aglow with innovation and artistry. The event takes place in the village-centre of Saint Gervais-les-Bains and the access is free. Families, couples and friends alike will find themselves immersed in a fairytale atmosphere beneath the Mont Blanc massif.

Starting at dusk (around 17:00) the lights shine until 22:00 each evening, inviting visitors to stroll, pause for hot chocolate or mulled wine and simply soak in the atmosphere. Whether you arrive by train, cable-car or on skis you’ll find the scene warm and welcoming despite the chill of winter.
