Join our dynamic team in Chamonix as a Reservations Consultant and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests heading to and from the Alps!
📍 Location: Chamonix, France
🕒 Contract Type: Full-Time/Part Time – 4 months duration
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
- Managing airport transfer bookings through our bespoke reservation system
- Providing clear, friendly communication and travel advice to customers
- Coordinating with drivers and operations teams to ensure a smooth transfer experience
- Handling changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently
- Resolving customer challenges promptly, appropriately and as professionally as possible
✅ Requirements:
- Strong language skills – fluent English, proficient French and third language desirable
- Organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Experienced in customer service or reservations (hospitality or travel industry ideal)
- Confident using reservations software and MS office tools
- Friendly, professional, and excellent telephone manner
