Mountain Drop-offs aims to provide the most professional and reliable airport and in-valley transfer service in Chamonix all-year round. Our recruitment policy is to attract and retain a highly professional team who can provide the best service to our customers and partners.
We are looking for experienced transfer drivers who will be predominantly Chamonix/Geneva-based. We are also looking to expand our operations and would be interested in speaking to drivers with experience in the Tarentaise region.
When considering applications for drivers, we look for the following selection criteria:
• You must be over 24 years old and have held your driving license for a minimum of 3 years
• You must have all the relevant paperwork (EU passport, working visas, etc.) to be eligible to work in France, Switzerland and Italy
• Provide evidence of driving passengers in long-wheel base vehicles in Alpine conditions
• Local knowledge of the Chamonix valley
• Conversational French is a minimum
• Excellent customer service skills
When working for Mountain Drop-offs on a full-time basis, you will have three days off a week to enjoy the mountain activities. You will have a formal employment contract and we will ensure that driver rosters comply with all EU driving regulations. We provide mobile phones, uniforms and all relevant training. Please note that as fully salaried positions, we do not provide accommodation and lift passes.
